POLICIES
A NON refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. No deposit no appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total treatment price at the end of your appointment. If the deposit isn’t paid within 24 hours of making the booking, it will be cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, this has to be done Atleast 72 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. Anything less will result in you unfortunately loosing the deposit. This is to allow me time to try and fill the slot.
Please arrive at your exact appointment time as I don’t have a waiting area.
Appointments can only be held for 24hrs if deposits are not paid before then. Your appointment will be cancelled if you fail to pay the deposit within this time.
Please DONT park in the front or back car park as you may get a ticket. There are lots of surrounding roads you can park down.
When you’re at the front door there is a silver box on the right where you can call me. Press the down button untill it says ‘Gracie’s faces’ then press call. I will then buzz you in and the door will open. My room is on the top floor and is the door straight ahead of the stairs. Please arrive at your exact appointment time and no +1’s unless discussed beforehand.
